"Without Me" was a hit single from Eminem's 2002 album The Eminem Show. The song was Eminem's return after the successful The Marshall Mathers LP, intended as a sequel to "The Real Slim Shady" and essentially saying that he is back to save the world. It also refers to Eminem's role in the music industry and his cultural effects.

The song mocks a number of Eminem's critics, including Dick Cheney (and his wife Lynne Cheney), the FCC and MTV, Chris Kirkpatrick (of *NSYNC), Limp Bizkit and Moby, as well as lampooning the revived interest in Elvis Presley's music. A line in the song also attacks his own mother Debbie Mathers for the lawsuit she filed against him for the lyrics of his debut single "My Name Is".

The opening lyric ("Two trailer park girls go round the outside...") is based on the single "Buffalo Gals" by Malcolm McLaren, while the introduction which is spoken by Obie Trice ("Obie Trice, real name no gimmicks."), had helped the rapper who was soon (at the time) to achieve some success under Eminem's Shady Aftermath label (the intro was actually taken from the beginning of Trice's own track called "Rap Name").

A sample from the track, the phrase "nobody listens to techno", became an underground techno bootleg anthem produced by Deep Dish and Danny Howells under the alias Size DDD (Deep Dish Danny). The song was played by many well-known DJs to satirize the claim. The song was also parodied on All That, a skit show on Nickelodeon.

The background saxophone riff was sampled for Drunkenmunky's 2002 club hit "E" (help·info).

"Yeah!" is a Crunk & B song written by American songwriters and producers Lil Jon, Sean Garrett, Patrick J. Que Smith, Ludacris, Robert McDowell and James Elbert Phillips (aka LRoc) for Usher's fourth studio album Confessions (2004). The track was produced by Lil' Jon and received a positive reception from music critics. Released in early 2004, the song was the first single from the album, which topped various charts around the world, including the Billboard Hot 100 for twelve weeks. It also topped the Australian, Canadian, Norwegian, Swiss, and the UK charts. In 2005, "Yeah!" was nominated for at the 2005 Grammy Awards for "Record of the Year", and won the "Best Rap/Sung Collaboration" award. The song is considered one of the high points of the crunk movement in popular hip-hop music.

This song features producer Lil Jon and rapper Ludacris. This is Usher's fourth #1 hit single, Lil Jon's first #1 hit single, and Ludacris's second #1 hit single.

The single kicked off what would be a string of back to back hits for Usher. "Yeah!" was followed by number one hits "Burn", "Confessions Part II", and "My Boo" (with Alicia Keys). The song not only shot Usher to new heights of fame, but it also made Lil' Jon one of the most popular producers of 2004. "Yeah!" was one of the highest selling singles in New Zealand in 2004 selling 20.000 copies and going double platinum.

The video features guest appearances, most notably by Ludacris and Lil' Jon. The former protege of Ludacris, Chingy, can also be seen near the end of the video holding up his chain which shows his name.

In 2004 Drunkenmunky remixed a sample from Yeah! into a hard house track with the same name.
